Enrollment Process
Step 1 – Read Enrollment Agreement Template

- If you agree on the terms, please proceed to the next step
Step 2 – Choose Waitlist Type
- Priority Waitlist: Select this option if you are certain you will enroll at RCA if a spot becomes available. The waiting time is less than a week. We will notify you within this timeframe regarding whether we can offer a spot for your selected start date. A $100 application fee is required. It will be refunded to you if we cannot offer a spot to you.
- General Waitlist: Select this option if you are unsure whether you would enroll at RCA if a spot opens up. The waiting time can range from weeks to months. If a spot becomes available and there are no families on the priority waitlist, we will contact you. No application fee is required.
Step 3 – Pay Application Fee
- The application fee is $100.
- You can pay using one of the following methods:
- Zelle: Send the payment to 425-638-3564.
- Check: Make it payable to Rainbow Children’s Academy and mail it to 2281 116th Ave NE, Bellevue, WA 98004.
- Skip this step if you select general waitlist.
Step 4 – Submit Waitlist Application
- Fill out below form “Waitlist Application” and click submit button.
Step 5 – Admission Process
- If a spot is available for your child, we will send an enrollment package via DocuSign email.
- Once issued, the spot will be held for 48 hours.
- If registration is completed within this period, the spot will be secured for your child permanently.
- If registration is not completed within this period, the spot will be released to another family, and the application fee is non-refundable.
