Waitlist and Enrollment Process
Step 1 – Review Enrollment Agreement Template

Each enrollment is for one school year. Families may choose any Monday as their child’s start date; however, the enrollment end date is always June 30 of the following calendar year. For example, if a child starts on any eligible Monday in 2027, the enrollment term will end on June 30, 2028.
Step 2 – Pay Application Fee
Please submit the $200 application fee via Zelle to 425-638-3564. This fee will be credited toward the registration fee upon enrollment.

Step 3 – Submit Waitlist Application
Fill out the “Waitlist Application” form below, then click Submit.
Step 4 – Enrollment Process
If you select “Ready to Enroll – No,” your child will be placed on the “Not Ready to Enroll” list. Even if a spot becomes available, Rainbow will not notify you because you are not yet ready to enroll. Once you are ready, simply notify Rainbow by email, and we will move your child to the “Ready to Enroll” list.
If you select “Ready to Enroll – Yes,” your child will be placed on the “Ready to Enroll” list. Once a spot becomes available, RCA will email you a DocuSign registration link and hold the spot for your family for 48 hours. If you complete the registration within 48 hours, the spot will be officially secured, and the $200 application fee will be applied toward the registration fee; Otherwise, the spot will be released to another family, and the $200 application fee will be non-refundable.
Before Rainbow sends the DocuSign registration email, you may withdraw from the waitlist at any time and receive a full refund of the $200 application fee.

在彩虹发出 DocuSign 注册邮件之前，您可以随时申请退出 Waitlist，并获得 $200 申请费的全额退款。
