Admission Process

Step 1 - Request a Tour

Our Bellevue preschool admissions process starts with a campus tour. Please click the “Click Here to Book Your Tour” button to submit your tour request. The process takes about one minute. We will contact you shortly by email or phone after receiving your request.


Step 2 - School Tour

On-site tours are available every Wednesday morning at either 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. Tours are typically conducted in small groups, so please arrive on time. For families outside Washington State, virtual tours are offered via Zoom or WeChat. Each tour lasts between 15 and 45 minutes, depending on the number of programs you wish to visit.


Step 3 - Waitlist

All available spots at RCA are managed through a waitlist system. To check availability for a specific program and start date, you must first add your child to the waitlist. There are two types of waitlists: General Waitlist and Priority Waitlist. Applicants on the Priority Waitlist receive first consideration when a spot becomes available. Step 4 - Enrollment

When a spot becomes available for your family, we will send the enrollment agreement and registration package via DocuSign. The entire enrollment process is completed online. Once registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email along with guidelines to help you prepare for your child’s first day of school.


Step 5 - Start the School

One week before your child’s start date, the lead teacher will contact you to introduce herself and learn more about your child. She will explain the drop-off and pick-up procedures and assist with your child’s transition on the first day. The lead teacher will also share details about our communication channels, including daily reports and classroom emails.
